1 - Meet the dolphins:

Coffee or tea offered aboard L'Amistad, (depending on your place of residence breakfast with pastries).

Welcome in French, English, Italian and Creole.
Festive and convivial musical or folkloric atmosphere (Sega), during all the crossing and on the island with the clams.

Meal on the island in BENITIER following seasons, with the choice:

Marinated and grilled fish (Marlin, tuna or sea bream depending on the fresh arrival of sinners) fresh lobster, halal chicken sausages, rougaille, rice, lentil with Creole, salads of crudités, bananas or pineapples flambé, drinks at will (In moderation),

all to the rhythm of the Sega (Mauritian music)
